As of my last update, Ledger Live, the official companion application for Ledger hardware wallets, does not directly support transferring cryptocurrency between two Ledger wallets within the app itself.
However, you can still send cryptocurrency from one Ledger wallet to another by using the respective wallet applications associated with each Ledger device. For example, if you want to transfer Bitcoin from one Ledger wallet to another, you would use the Bitcoin app on the source Ledger device to send the funds to the receiving Ledger wallet's Bitcoin address.
Here's a general outline of the process:
Open the wallet application associated with the cryptocurrency you want to transfer on the source Ledger device.
Initiate a send transaction and enter the receiving wallet's address (the address associated with the destination Ledger device).
Confirm the transaction details on your Ledger device and authorize the transaction.
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, the cryptocurrency will be transferred from the source Ledger wallet to the destination Ledger wallet.
It's important to verify the receiving address carefully to ensure you're sending the cryptocurrency to the correct destination. Using hardware wallets adds an extra layer of security to your transactions, as your private keys remain securely stored on the devices.
Always ensure you're using official applications and follow recommended security practices when managing your cryptocurrency assets to minimize risks and protect your funds.
